• All available shipping methods, with estimated costs and estimated delivery dates for each, will be listed in the checkout section before the order is finalized.



• Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday)or holidays. For example, if your order is placed after 10:00 AM (CST) Friday, the first available ship day is Monday.



• If you need your order quicker than ground shipping allows, we can ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select. These are premium services and all shipping charges are applied to the order. Shipping charges are based upon the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping distance, and the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Our site will provide you with the shipping charges at the checkout.



• You can use our freight evaluator by adding items to your cart and going to the checkout process. You do not have to check out to get a shipping cost. We try our best to economize the shipping without sacrificing service.



• Another quick service is via Priority Mail with the US Postal system. This is also a good service but, unfortunately, it is not guaranteed. Ship time is generally 2-3 days. We guarantee to ship your package within 24 hours but it is not guaranteed by USPS to arrive in time (they could take longer than 2-3 days).



• We will send an email confirmation to you with tracking information. You can track the package directly from your email. If you see something wrong with the package we will do everything in our power to correct the problem. Our toll free number is: 801-221-0102.
